Community :: David Griffin

One of our core values at c|Life Church is "Authentic Community". Most people long to be connected to others in a real and meaningful way but few really take the necessary steps to cultivate those things in their daily lives. In this stand alone message, we will explore ways that our ministry is seeking to promote community and healthy relationships. When it comes to "Authentic Community" you may well find that you don't even know what you are missing!

Confessions of a Pastor :: Week 3 :: Paul McDill

The dawn of a new year always brings about the optimist in people. Everything that we failed to accomplish in the previous year finds it's way back into our minds. That which was a failure on December the 31st mysteriously transforms into a goal on January 1st! We call them resolutions because we have purposefully "resolved" in our minds that this year will be different. For most of us the problem isn't the goal but rather our awareness of the real problem. Many times we treat the symptoms rather than dealing with the real issue. This leads us to modify our behavior but rarely addresses what is at the core: the condition of our heart.
